Mermelade cake for tea time



Ingredients needed:
300grs flour
3 eggs
140ml Milk 

1 spoon of Martini Bianco
1 orange juice
1 teaspoon  baking powder 
1 tsp Vanilla essence

Whisk eggs in a medium bowl, add sugar and mix till creamy, add vanilla essence, orange juice,  teaspoon of Martini, integrate, add sifted flour with baking powder, incorpore it to the mixture done before, and stir with slow movesments, when its homogenized, pour half of the mix in the baking  pan, and put the mermelade of your choice (i used plum mermelade), and cover it with the remaining mixture. Bake it for 35m in a 180ºC oven.
