Cheddar cheese puffs

Ingredients: 

-2 spoons of dry yeast
-2 spoons of warm milk
-2 spoons of granulated sugar
-2 spoons of melted butter
-One quarter teaspoon salt
-950gr of flour
-100 gr Cheddar cheese 

How to prepare it?

-In a bowl put the warm milk and yeast. Let it raise 15 minutes till you see a foam on top of surface.
-Add sugar and butter disolving everything.
-Now add the flour, and with a hand mixer unify all ingredients so that you'll have a smooth and uniform dough.
-Add the cheese.
-Make puffs and place them on a oily pan.
-Let them rest and double each volume.
-Bake them at 180°C 1 hour or 50 minutes.
