For this recipe we will need bread of yesterday and some ingredients that we surely have at home let's see the ingredients you'll need:
2 cups (150ml) each one of milk
2 eggs
Bread of yesterday
Oil to fry
Sugar and cinnamon needed
In a bowl we pour the milk with the 2 eggs and whisk them till well combined. Put the bread in the milk for some seconds but not till soak cause we want them to maintein each form, if not they'll disarm, after fry them till golden brown on a medium heat. While frying them, we take a well and put in it the sugar and cinnamon, we mix it well, just a bit. We put torrejas after fry on a dish with paper to absorb the excess of oil and sprinkle them with the sugar and cinnamon that we've combined and set aside, when still hot, for sugar and cinnamon stick to bread. And it's done! Simply and tasty, also cheap! What else do you expect from a sweet as simple and deli as this is, try it!
