Bread pudding, ¡great recipe for use yesterday's bread!
-2 white breads in cubes
-180gr sugar
-50gr butter at room temperature
-1spoonfull Vanilla extract
-Lemon zest
-750ml boiling milk
-3 whole eggs
-1 ¼ spoon Vermouth Bianco
-6 spoonful sugar (for the caramel)
How to make it?
-Cut your bread in tiny pieces. Place the bread with the sugar and mix. Add the butter and mix again.

-Add the boiling milk soaking the bread, stir.
-Let the mixture cool.
-When the milk be cool, add 3 whole eggs.
-Combine the lemon zest and add the Vanilla extract.
-Optional;you can also put 1¼ spoon of Vermouth Bianco.
-Place in the stove the baking pan and add the 6 spoons of sugar.
-Make a amber colour caramel.
-Taking care to not burn your fingers pick a kitchen towel and slowly spread the caramel moving the baking pan continuously while the caramel be thicker and thicker. (It's a tedious process)
-Then, add the batter and bake it for 30 minutes in 170°C.
