Rice pudding

Ingredients: 
-1 litr Milk
 -70gr white rice
-1 Lemon skin
-1 egg
-6 spoons sugar
How to make it?
Heat the milk with the lemon skin, when starts to boil, add the rice.
When the rice be on point,  add the egg previously whisked by 1 minute.
This dessert is  usually eat when it be cold and sprinkle with cinnamon or chocolate.
